亂吃減肥藥 當心腸胃斑
減肥藥含有瀉藥成分，會擾亂小腸對營養的正常吸收，造成腸胃功能紊亂。這時遇上強紫外線照射就會長出色斑。
現代醫學認為，人的腸胃功能紊亂，可以造成身體免疫力下降，使得整個身體的組織細胞(面部)代謝不正常。
而人的眼角部位非常薄嫩，無肌層、少脂肪，其抵抗紫外線的能力也非常差，色素細胞代謝接觸強紫外線后黑色素細胞立即在眼瞼部位分泌出較多黑色素。因此時人的表皮細胞代謝處于不均衡的狀態，致使這個部位的點狀黑斑立即冒了出來。
患者：去年夏天我在朋友的推薦下服吃了一些減肥藥，幾個療程過去后，人雖然苗條了，但面色卻明顯暗淡，更為嚴重的是兩側顴骨周圍冒出不少斑點，并且顏色越來越深。這是怎么回事？
專家：這是因為服吃減肥藥后沒有防曬惹的禍。
1.中醫可綜合“治理”腸胃斑何謂“腸胃斑”？
“腸胃斑”患者還需特別注意防曬，并在醫生的指導下調整腸胃功能，必要時還需接受相關的治療，否則當再次接觸強紫外線時色斑又會反彈。
據了解，目前，國內中醫界推行中醫針灸療法對于治療面部“腸胃斑”有很好的效果：通過面部針灸刺激黑斑，激活已沉積于表皮下的色素細胞使之代謝趨于正常，利用中藥外敷有效改善沉積的黑色素代謝；同時，通過體針打通體內經脈，調整腸胃功能，并輔以內服中藥進行調節，達到調節肝腎、正氣補血的效果。
2.正常細胞代謝“消斑”需3月左右
市面上一些打著“七天去斑”“十天去斑”的美白產品千萬不可輕信，這些快速去斑產品大部分都鉛汞含量超標，用后可能在短時間會發現色斑顏色轉淡，但時間一長，沉積鉛汞累積會導致色斑顏色更暗，治療起來難度更大。
皮膚代謝是有一定周期的，表皮細胞的代謝一般為13—19天，正常細胞代謝為75天。陳靜介紹，“去斑”實際上是促進體內黑色素細胞的代謝，如果色斑沉積在表皮，通過治療促進黑色素細胞代謝趨于正常至少也需要15天左右；如果色斑的黑色素沉積到了真皮層，其修復的時間可能需要的更長，可能需要3個月左右。如果色斑停留的時間過程過長，黑色素細胞代謝形成惰性，治療起來更困難。
